Jocelyn Pedalino
Rental Center Manager Jocelyn has been associated with Sun Vista since 1992. Starting as a receptionist, she steadily worked her way up to assume the responsibilities of Center Manager. By utilizing her extensive experience in resort management, Jocelyn has been instrumental in building the company's property management portfolio to over 200 properties. She is a long time beach resident. Jocelyn and husband Dean have two children and three grandchildren. |
| Mark Zubek Rental Administrator Mark owned and operated his own rental company. Mark has been a Property Manager since 1996 and has been a licensed Florida Realtor since 1992. He is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers. Mark lives in Seminole and has 3 children. |
| Sandy Sipes Annual/Seasonal Leasing Coordinator Sandy is originally from Northwest Indiana. She attended Purdue University and relocated to Clearwater in 1982. Sandy earned her Florida Broker's License in 1988 and has worked in various facets of real estate since, from construction sales and on site management to general real estate. Sandy's primary focus over the years has been in residential sales and property management. Sandy is very familiar with our area and all it has to offer. Sandy truly loves living in our part of Florida and enjoy's it's many amenities. |
