Belleair Bluffs is a small community on the mainland, adjacent to the Intracoastal Waterway. West Bay Drive, cutting East/West through the city, is a main access road across the Intracoastal via the Bellair Beach Causeway and bridge to the towns of Sand Key (Clearwater), Belleair Beach. Belleair Shores, and the northern portions of Indian Rocks Beach.
Pinellas County maintains a boat launch on the Northside of the causeway providing easy access to the Intracoastal and the Gulf of Mexico. The boat launch area also includes a pet-friendly beach.
Belleair Bluffs residences include single family homes, condominiums and apartments.
Belleair Bluffs is home to several outstanding restaurants as well as service stations, grocery, convenience, & drug stores, and a variety of antiques & gift shops.
