The ever expanding Annual and Long Term Rental services operate as RentSVR.com
and the Seasonal Vacation Rental services are known as BeachSVR.com.
Both rental operations are located on Gulf Blvd. in Indian Shores Florida directly across from the Gulf of Mexico.
Currently RentSVR.com and BeachSVR.com provide Full Service Rental and Property Management services and generate millions in rental revenue annually for over 250 owners of property in the Tampa Bay Gulf Beaches area.
